“Print” exhibition showcases new talent on site of 19th century printworks.

Opening this week, the “Print” exhibition at Fumbally Exchange Dublin features a wealth of different approaches to creating multiple works on paper.
The show includes an exciting range of photography, etching, illustration, screenprinting and other techniques, with a common theme of print technology in all its forms. This theme is very appropriate to the space – the ground floor of the former Hely’s Printworks on Dame Lane in Dublin city centre

Interestingly, the artists are all members of Fumbally Exchange, who work in various disciplines. Some are professional graphic designers, photographers or illustrators but others are in fields such as architecture, web and video production. All participants have taken the challenge of this show to explore new media and subject matter, resulting in a fresh, innovative and bold approach to print. "Print" is curated by Helen McCormack, Graham Thew and Gareth Jones. The show runs at Fumbally Exchange Dublin, 4 Dame Lane, Dublin 2, from Friday March 3rd until Friday March 10th. Opening hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Closed Sunday. For further information and high-res images:Helen (087)2937623
